Exadata is the platform to run analytics. Now run these queries on the cloud; either in your data center or ours. See the features and deployment models available for the Exadata Cloud. In addition, we will go over the Exadata Features available to you on the service to launch your analytics into overdrive. Other topics covered will be Exadata smart software features such as smart scans, storage indexes and HCC. Also databases options to help with analytics such as in-memory. Live demos of the service will also be used as examples in each of the topics covered.

Brian is currently the Product Manager of Oracle's Exadata Cloud Service. Previously he was a product manager for the Enterprise Database Cloud Service (DBCS). Before his product management roles, Brian was in GSE where he was a lead developer on demoweb (demo.oracle.com). He was responsible for the backend infrastructure (database and application security, data security, LDAP integration, ORDS configuration and metadata) as well as the demo store section of demoweb.
