Alan Meehan is a Research fellow in the ADAPT Centre based in Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. His research interests are in the domains of Semantic Web and Linked Data; in particular ontology mappings and management thereof. In addition to this, he applies his Linked Data expertise in industry projects, one of which is the ongoing collaboration between the Ordnance Survey Ireland and the ADAPT centre. In 2017 he obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin. He also has a M.Sc. in computer science and a B.Eng. in Mechatronic Engineering.
